Terms
Terms of service
The terms that apply when a clinic uses one of our plans. Written to be read.
Last updated 6 November 2026.
Who these terms are between
These terms are between Mental Health Clinic Marketing (“we”, “us”) and the clinic or business that signs up for a plan (“you”). Our services are for businesses, not for patients or consumers.
The plans
We offer Essentials (£25 a month), Growth (£100 a month), Partner (£195 a month). What each plan includes is described on our pricing page at the time you sign up. Each plan covers one clinic.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We will tell you how billing works when we set up your trial. If you tell us before the trial ends that you do not want to continue, you pay nothing.
Payment and cancellation
After the trial, plans are billed monthly in advance. There is no minimum term. You can cancel any time by emailing hello@mentalhealthclinicmarketing.co.uk, and your plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for. You can change plan from the start of your next month.
Approvals and your content
We will not publish anything on your website, or send anything in your clinic’s name, without your approval. You are responsible for checking that content you approve is accurate and that clinical content has been reviewed by a suitably qualified clinician. You keep ownership of your website and content, and of the work we produce for you once it is paid for.
What we can and cannot promise
We will do the work described in your plan with reasonable care and skill. We cannot control what search engines or AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini show, so we do not promise any ranking, traffic, enquiries, coverage or mention in an AI answer. Our reports describe what those tools showed at the time we checked.
Regulation
We write with the advertising codes and health regulators’ guidance in mind, but we do not give legal or clinical advice. You remain responsible for your clinic’s compliance with the rules that apply to it.
Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information confidential. We do not need and will not ask for information about your patients. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you by email at least one month before a change affects your plan. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
