Essentials suits a clinic with someone in house who can make changes, or one that wants to see where it stands before committing more. You get the monthly check, the report and clear advice, and you do the work.
Growth suits most clinics. We do the work each month: rewriting service pages, answering patient questions, adding structured data, fixing technical problems and approaching the publications and podcasts AI tools quote. A monthly call with your team keeps it on track.
Partner suits larger clinics and groups with more services, clinicians or locations to cover. It is everything in Growth, with twice the work each month.

Questions about pricing
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Choose a plan and tell us about your clinic. We email you within one working day to set up your trial and agree the patient questions to track. If you decide not to continue before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. If you cancel, your plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can move up or down between Essentials, Growth and Partner from the start of your next month.
What does twice the work mean on Partner?
Each month we agree a set of work with you on Growth, such as page rewrites, new answers, fixes and outreach. Partner covers twice as much each month, which suits clinics with more services, clinicians or locations.
Are prices per clinic?
Yes. Each plan covers one clinic. If you run several clinics or locations, tell us when you get started and we will suggest the right plan.
Do you promise results?
No. Nobody can control what Google or AI tools say. We promise careful work, honest monthly reporting and the same questions checked every month so you can see what changes.
Do I need to give you access to our website?
Not for Essentials. On Growth and Partner it helps, but you can choose to publish our approved changes yourself or through your developer.
